Hi, I’m Julie Wilcox. I’m currently majoring in Marketing at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. This blog is my journal of building my clothing line, Julie Wilcox Designs, from the ground up. Follow me on my journey from a small town nobody to a famous fashion designer. Who knows what could happen!My love of fashion was always there somewhere, because I truly dreaded those days of baggy spandex and the fruit basket dress. Oh, and who doesn’t love a shirt with ice cream cones all over it? But I realized my love when I was a junior in high school and being America’s Next Top Model was my ultimate dream. When I tried to apply to compete, I discovered that contestants are required to consent to taking nude pictures or they would not be considered for the competition. Too bad for them, because I would have been one killer model J Sewing soon became another passion of mine, so now I’m blending the two to make all of my wildest dreams come true!!
